will be used for a discount price

If any of our products have any type of flaw, we will always state the specifics of the flaw in the product description.All sales are final unless there is a mistake made by the seller.
We must receive the returned product no later than 20 days from the date of purchase. The product must be returned in its original condition
. We do not charge restocking fees.
There are 3 steps to a complete return process:
Step 1. Email Customer Care (firstname.lastname@example.org) to explain why you need to return the product. Provide your name, address and email, as well as a description of the product and full price of your order for inventory purposes.
Step 2. We will review your explanation. If we agree and accept your explanation, we will send a confirmation email stating that it is okay to return and ship your product to the Oneshotvariety address listed above. Customers must pay to ship the product back. However, a full-refund of the product as well as the original shipping is credited back to the customer.
Step 3. Once the product is received, a full refund will be credited back to you. For credit card orders, depending on the card issuer, it can take up to 30 days for your refund to appear on your statement.
